Some lady took a long time to get donuts
I ordered my food and coffee and went to the bathroom for literally 1 minute and I came out and my donut and coffee was just sitting next to the trash can... have a nice day to you too.
Lot of turnover, poorly trained, will not honor posted prices, do not understand DD Perks card. Normally go at least 3 times per week and get 2 or 3 iced coffees and since April 2017 it has gone downhill.
Great coffee
I've been to this Dunkin' Donuts about once a week and the service has been fine. Until recently this one lady started working there and it was just very disappointing how I waiting over 5 minutes for service, plus I was in a hurry to go to church. The worst part is that when I walked in she looked at me and she just walked away to the back room. I drove to the drive though and no one was answering, my friend told me that they're probably busy so we walked inside and the lady is walking around with her headset off and the line was empty. Also some of the donuts there taste like they've been left out for weeks and are disgustingly stale.
